Ingredients:

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp instant coffee powder (optional)
- Whipped cream or chocolate ganache for topping (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven according to the boxed cake mix directions.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the boxed cake mix, mayonnaise, hot water, vanilla extract, and instant coffee powder (if using). Mix well until the batter is smooth and free of any lumps.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake according to the boxed cake mix directions.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before serving. Top with whipped cream or chocolate ganache if desired.
