
Slow Cooker Pork Loin Recipe
This slow cooker pork loin recipe is perfect for busy weeknights. Made ahead for freezer meals, it's a savory and delicious dish that is sure to please the whole family.
Ingredients
- 1 pork loin, vacuum-sealed and plain (not seasoned)
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic
- 2 tablespoons mustard

Directions
- Spray slow cooker crock with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 teaspoon honey, salt, pepper, and garlic. Spread on all sides of pork loin.
- Place pork in slow cooker; cover and cook on high for 1 hour and low for 1 to 1½ hours, or until thermometer reads 145°F.
- Remove pork from slow cooker; cover with foil and let stand 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix remaining 2 tablespoons mustard and 2 teaspoons honey. Serve with pork or spoon over portions to freeze. Serves 5-6.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 2 cups toffee bits
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick baking mat.
- Mix together all of the ingredients except toffee bits.
- Fold in toffee bits.
- Scoop balls of cookie dough onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until set.
- Leave cookies on baking sheet for 3 minutes, then remove to foil to cool completely.
- Enjoy!
