Delicious Slow Cooker Pork and Chocolate Toffee Cookies for Home Cooking

Slow Cooker Pork Loin Recipe

This slow cooker pork loin recipe is perfect for busy weeknights. Made ahead for freezer meals, it's a savory and delicious dish that is sure to please the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 pork loin, vacuum-sealed and plain (not seasoned)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Directions

  1. Spray slow cooker crock with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 teaspoon honey, salt, pepper, and garlic. Spread on all sides of pork loin.
  3. Place pork in slow cooker; cover and cook on high for 1 hour and low for 1 to 1½ hours, or until thermometer reads 145°F.
  4. Remove pork from slow cooker; cover with foil and let stand 5 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix remaining 2 tablespoons mustard and 2 teaspoons honey. Serve with pork or spoon over portions to freeze. Serves 5-6.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups toffee bits

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick baking mat.
  2. Mix together all of the ingredients except toffee bits.
  3. Fold in toffee bits.
  4. Scoop balls of cookie dough onto prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until set.
  6. Leave cookies on baking sheet for 3 minutes, then remove to foil to cool completely.
  7. Enjoy!
