Crowning the Best Recipes for a Party
Whether you call it a party, entertaining, or a get-together, good food is always a must. As professional content writers at Allrecipes, we want to help our readers find the best recipes for any social occasion. That's why we're searching for the best recipes from our community-led site, which boasts over 55,000 recipes.
Last year, we targeted our readers' favorite ingredients, and the best recipes were crowned at our test kitchen in Birmingham. This year, we're following the same format, but instead of favorite ingredients, we're focusing on recipes you'd find at a really good party. The categories are:
- Appetizers and Snacks
- Dips and Spreads
- Beverages
- Cakes, Pies, and Desserts
- Main Dishes
To decide the winners, we need your help! Vote for your favorite recipe in each category, and the top two recipes will go to an official cook-off in our test kitchen. A panel of expert judges will declare which dish claims the number one spot. The best recipes of 2024 will be announced online at Allrecipes.com and in our winter print issue.
Choosing the Top 50
Our editors have compiled the top 50 recipes based on what our readers loved most last year. This was determined on the basis of traffic to these recipes, along with their popularity on social media and newsletters. The Allrecipes Allstars also weighed in and shared their top recipes in each category.
