Ingredients
- 12 oz of pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add pasta, and cook according to package instructions.
