  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (no sugar added)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
