
A No Sugar Bundt Cake Recipe: White Chocolate Raspberry

Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (no sugar added)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the applesauce, Greek yogurt, almond milk, eggs, vanilla extract until smooth.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the raspberries and white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan.
