Delicious Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually stir in flour mixture until just combined. Do not over mix.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
