Ingredients:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- Red and blue food coloring gel
- 6 cups whipped cream
- Assorted berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup honey
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Divide the batter into three equal parts in separate bowls.
- Add red food coloring to one bowl and blue food coloring to another bowl, leaving the third bowl white.
- Spread each colored batter evenly into the greased pan.
- Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
