- Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Skim the fat off the top of the broth and discard. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the pozole in bowls and top with your desired garnishes.
Holiday Ham Slider with Pineapple Cherry Jam
Next up, we've got an appetizer that's both sweet and savory – a Holiday Ham Slider with Pineapple Cherry Jam. This dish captures the spirit of the holidays with its combination of tender ham, sweet pineapple, and tart cherry flavors. - 12 slider buns

- 1 lb collard greens, chopped

- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- Season the catfish fillets with paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the catfish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until blackened and cooked through.
