Grilled Chicken with Parmesan and Garlic
This grilled chicken recipe is perfect for a summer dinner party or a weekend BBQ with friends. The parmesan and garlic flavors really make the chicken sing, and it's a sure hit with adults and kids alike!
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
