Grilled Chicken with Parmesan and Garlic

This grilled chicken recipe is perfect for a summer dinner party or a weekend BBQ with friends. The parmesan and garlic flavors really make the chicken sing, and it's a sure hit with adults and kids alike!

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and coat with the parmesan mixture.
  4. Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
