Whataburger Hosts First-Ever Fortnite Tournament with $25,000 Cash Prizes

Are you ready for an exciting gaming competition? Whataburger, the famous fast-food chain, has announced its first-ever Fortnite Tournament, where players can win a share of $25,000 in cash prizes. The tournament requires players to defend their beds and attack their opponents' bases on an all-new daytime map. The new map is focused on early morning coffee runs and breakfast foods, making it ideal for players looking to kickstart their day.

The tournament, dubbed "Breakfast in Bedwars," will feature Whataburger's iconic restaurant items and characters. Players aged 13-years-old and above can submit their entries to participate in the tournament from July 8 through July 15. Players under 18 have to submit a parental consent form.

To participate, players must post their best clips of playing the new Whataburger "Breakfast in Bedwars" map on social media using the hashtag #BreakfastInBedwars. The top 16 submissions will be chosen as captains and can bring two teammates to the exclusive qualifier on July 17. The qualifier will be a single-elimination bracket, where the top four teams advance to the main event on July 22.

The grand prize of $10,000 will go to the first-place winners, who will compete alongside Fortnite creators for a share of the prize pool.
