Black Desserts: A Rich Tradition

Directions:

- To make sweet potato pie, boil sweet potatoes until tender, mash them, and mix with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pie crust. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- To make peach cobbler, melt butter in a baking dish and mix with flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add sliced peaches and bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
