This refreshing smoothie is the perfect way to start your day or cool off on a hot afternoon. Made with fresh pineapple chunks, ripe banana, and creamy coconut milk, this smoothie is packed with tropical flavours.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Optional: 1 tablespoon honey, pinch of ginger, handful of spinach
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
Directions:
- Add the pineapple chunks, sliced banana, and coconut milk to a blender.
