Fresh Pineapple and Banana Smoothie

This refreshing smoothie is the perfect way to start your day or cool off on a hot afternoon. Made with fresh pineapple chunks, ripe banana, and creamy coconut milk, this smoothie is packed with tropical flavours.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey, pinch of ginger, handful of spinach
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds

Directions:

  1. Add the pineapple chunks, sliced banana, and coconut milk to a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth, adding orange juice to adjust the consistency as needed.
