Savory Sautéed Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and let it heat up.
- Add the thinly sliced onion to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until softened.
- Next, add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add the red and yellow bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until softened.
- Add the sliced zucchini and yellow squash to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
- Season the vegetables with dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to taste.
- Sauté for another minute to blend the flavors.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
