Creamy Malai Kofta Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup paneer, grated
- 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp cornflour
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Cream
- 1 Tbsp Ghee
Directions:
- Mix grated paneer, boiled mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, and red chili powder in a bowl.
- Make small koftas out of the mixture and set them aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornflour, and salt.
- Coat the koftas with the flour mixture and fry them till they are golden brown.
- In a separate pan, add ghee, fresh cream, and salt. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the koftas to the gravy, let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
