Ingredients:

  • For Dhokla:
  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 10-12 curry leaves
  • 1 dried red chili

  7. Add the steamed Dhokla pieces to the pan and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
