Pork Sliders with Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
Make your barbecue stand out with these tasty pork sliders, made special with brown sugar barbecue sauce. Here's what you'll need:
- 1 boneless pork shoulder, 4-5 lbs
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 1 cup Domino® Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Slider buns
Directions:
- Pull pork into large pieces and discard excess fat.
- In a separate bowl, mix together salt, paprika, garlic powder, and dry mustard. Season pork pieces all over with mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
- For the sauce, combine brown sugar, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and black pepper in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk together and bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees F. Place pork in a baking dish and pour sauce over pork. Cover dish with foil and cook for 5 hours, or overnight.
- Serve on slider buns.
S'mores Skillet
End your meal on a sweet note with a s'mores skillet. Here's what you'll need:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup Domino® Light Brown Sugar, packed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 large graham cracker sheets, broken into pieces
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a cast iron skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, stirring until well mixed.
- Add flour and graham cracker pieces, mixing until combined.
- Add marshmallows and chocolate chips, spreading evenly throughout the skillet.
- Place skillet on grill and cover for about 10 minutes, until marshmallows are golden and chocolate is melted.
- Serve hot.
No Bake Key Lime Pie Jars
Mix things up with a refreshing key lime pie jar. Here's what you'll need:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup Domino® Light Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp lime zest
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Divide mixture among six 8 oz mason jars, pressing down gently to form a crust in the bottom of each jar.
- In a separate bowl, mix together lime juice, lime zest, and sweetened condensed milk.
- In another bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into lime mixture until combined.
- Divide mixture among the six jars, spooning on top of the graham cracker crust.
- Chill jars for at least 4 hours before serving.
