Panera Bread has taken a fresh approach to breakfast by introducing a limited-edition update to their breakfast menu. The menu includes items that cater to various cravings, such as sweet, savory, or protein-packed options. The new items added to the menu include:
- Bacon Double Take
- Steak & Wake
- Ham Egg & Cheese
The recipes are crafted with high-quality ingredients and are bound to get your taste buds tingling. The brand is also introducing the CInnaScrambles, a range of savory and sweet indulgences. Customers can choose from the Original and Sausage options crafted with a warm cinnamon roll serving as the bread. To complete the menu, Panera Bread is also introducing CinnaTops. The CinnaTops feature a cinnamon roll base and come in various topping options, including Choco Chipper Cookie, Candy Cookie, and Fudgy Brownie.

Recipe for CInnaScrambles
A mouthwatering, warm and indulgent breakfast recipe that is the perfect way to start your day.
Ingredients:
- 1 warm cinnamon roll
- 2 eggs (for the Original) / 2 eggs and sausage (for the Sausage option)
Directions:
- Grab an oven-safe bowl and gently place the cinnamon roll in it.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until they are well-combined. Add sausage if you're making the Sausage option.
- Pour the whisked eggs over the cinnamon roll.
- Place the bowl in an oven preheated to 375°F and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
- Remove the bowl from the oven and let it cool down slightly before serving.
