Fresh and Colorful Fruit Salad with Sweet and Tangy Dressing
Indulge in a delicious fruit salad that will satisfy all your cravings. Prepared by Lucy Greer, owner of Greer's Markets, this fruit salad is not just healthy but also really easy to make and makes for a perfect side dish, snack or breakfast that you can enjoy all spring and summer.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
- 1 cup of sliced strawberries
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 sliced kiwi
- 1 cup of diced pineapple
- 1 diced apple
- 1/2 cup of red and green grapes
Directions:
- Pour white wine vinegar and honey into a bowl. Whisk until they are well combined.
- Drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously.
- Whisk in kosher salt and poppy seeds.
- Combine a variety of fresh fruit in a bowl, including sliced strawberries, blueberries, sliced kiwi, diced pineapple, diced apple, red and green grapes.
- Add some of the honey poppy seed dressing to the fruit and toss gently until coated.
- Serve the fruit salad immediately and enjoy.
