Delicious Chocolate Cake Recipe

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch round cake pans with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the boiling water until well combined. The batter will be thin; this is normal.
- Pour the batter evenly into the cake pans.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Allow the cakes to cool for 10 minutes before removing them from the pans and placing them on a wire rack to cool completely.
- Decorate the cake with chocolate chips or your favorite frosting.
