Delicious Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch cake pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour in the boiling water and mix until everything is well combined. The batter will be thin.
- Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared cake pans and sprinkle chocolate chips or chopped nuts on top (if using).
