Cajun-Spiced Potato Chips Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 bag of kettle chips
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 275°F.
- Spread the kettle chips out in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Reserve the bag.
- Bake the chips for 7 minutes or until they are warm and slightly moist.
- While the chips are baking, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and white pepper in a small bowl.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the warm chips with the spice mixture.
- Using a spatula or tongs, carefully scoop the chips back into the bag.
- Gently shake the bag to distribute the spices evenly amongst the chips.
- Pour the seasoned chips into a large bowl and serve warm or at room temperature.
