- ½ cup almond milk(120 mL)
- 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup plain yogurt(120 g) or oats as a substitute
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup blueberry(100 g)
- 2 cups ice(280 g)
- Sliced almond, for serving
Directions:
- Add the black tea, almond milk, protein powder, yogurt or oats, banana, blueberries, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
