As the Bokke excitement takes hold, it's the perfect time to add some green to your meal. How about giving this easy smoked salmon and avocado recipe a go?
Ingredients:
- 200g smoked salmon
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Directions:
- Place sesame seeds into a frying pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden. Remove to a plate.
- To make dressing: Combine ingredients in a frying pan. Heat over medium-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbling.
- Arrange smoked salmon and avocado on a plate. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!
